2. The service

ConvertMathly provides free browser-based tools to convert and edit files. The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Always keep a copy of your original files.

3. Your content and responsibility

You confirm that you own, or have permission to process, any file you open with ConvertMathly. You must not use the tools to infringe copyright, remove protections from documents you are not authorized to access, or for any unlawful purpose.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvertMathly is not liable for any loss of data, profits or other damages resulting from use of the site or its tools.

5. Intellectual property

The ConvertMathly name, logo and website design are our property. Open-source components remain under their respective licenses (see About).

6. Changes

We may change these terms or the service at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
